A member files an account
Registered buyers post a first-hand account of a dealer they have dealt with — factual, specific, and attributed to their name.

An officer checks it
Every submission lands as pending and is read by a Northbeam officer before anything is published. Nothing appears on a record automatically.

It joins the public thread
Approved accounts join the dealer's open thread in full, in order, with replies and quotes kept intact. Records are never quietly edited.
A register that sells leads is not a register. Northbeam takes no commission, sells no leads, and no dealer can pay to be listed or to have an account removed.
